SkySuiteMobile is the mobile part of SkySuite products. The mobile application is currently available for Android devices. This application includes some modules like Inventory or Trolley assets scan.


Connection

Click on application icon to start application. Splash screen is displayed during loading (for several seconds). Then Login screen is displayed. First time, all fields are empty, environment is Undefined et Remember me is unchecked.

To connect, you have to fill Login and Password (both values are mandatory).
If you want, you can check "Remember me". Login value will be saved and displayed next time the screen is displayed.
By default, password characters are hidden, but you can show characters by clicking Eye icon SkySuiteMobile eye button.png (icon changed to SkySuiteMobile eye button2.png). Another click on this button will hide typed characters.

Choose a value in the list and click on Save. Selected value will be displayed in header of Login screen.

Module Scan Trolley Assets

After login, you have access to "Scan Trolley Assets" module (there is no restriction according to your profile role).
In this module, you will be able to scan assets at a location.
Click on SkySuiteMobile trolley button.png to start.


Define location

First screen is to select and define location for scanned trolleys. As you can be below, there is 3 types of location (with specific fields). By default, Outbound type is selected.
To change location type, click on the field and select a value.


Outbound Inbound Other
For Outbound location, Flight is mandatory.

Expected format is one of these: XX1234, XX1234X, XXXXX-X, XXXXX-X-XXX.
All characters will be capitalized automatically.
Note: you can scan or type Flight number.

For Inbound location, no field is displayed.

So nothing more to fill to continue.

For Other location, you can fill a zone (but it's not mandatory).

If not defined, zone will be defined as "Other".

Scan assets at location

Scan trolleys screen is displayed.

Count/Recount selection

After click on Inventory button, Count screen is displayed.

During loading of data, buttons are not available (Wait + loading icon).

Once data are loading, you can see Counts & Recounts.

Total of each is displayed between brackets. Below, there is 290 pending counts and 10 awaiting recounts.

Profile screen Share logs
You will see information about your profile in SkySuite: name, email, role, available products, airlines & stations.
For airlines & stations, count of activated ones is displayed ("All" if you have access to all).
When application runs, some data are collected. If you encounter some problems, you can share logs with support team.
All logs are compressed and can be sent through applications on your mobile device.

Name file is based on application version and current date (example: SkySuiteMobile_1.0.0.1686820744_logs_20230615115827.zip).
