In SkySuite we need to know the Passenger (Note in Aviation the term "PAX" is used as an abbreviation for Passenger) class. Note that typically airlines have many booking classes but we are not interested in all of those what we need to know is the cabin class i.e. the class code that determines the type of seat and service that the passenger receives.
The option to create Passenger (PAX) class can be found under the "Reference Data" / "Miscellaneous Reference Data" menu option. Note that only administrators will see this option so it may not be visible to you depending on the role your have been assigned.
