There are three actions you are able to take once you have entered an expected date:

We Commit

Choose this option when you agree with all items and quantities on the PO and all the goods are expected to be delivered on the same date, and it is not expected that in future the order will need to be split in multiple deliveries.

We Won't Commit

Choose this option when you are not going to fulfill any of the items contained in the PO.

We Commit to our own Custom Delivery Schedule

Choose this option when you will commit to different quantities than the requested, or you will deliver items on different dates, also when you expect that in future the order will be split in multiple deliveries. For more details regarding committing to your own delivery schedule click this link
