Schedule Menu

Selecting the Schedule option will display all flights departing or arriving to your location starting from today.

In the above example I have logged in as a caterer located at BGI on 19th February 2024 so I see all flights departing from or arriving to BGI on 19th February or later.

Next to the departure date you will see an oval shape instead of the 3 dots you see on all the other columns. This means that there is a filter applied to that column if you click on the oval and select filter from the sub-menu that is displayed you will see the filter that has been applied. In the example below the filter applied is to only select flights with a departure date equal to or greater than 19th February 2024 (which is today). As already mentioned, this is the default as it is most usual that you will only want to see flights from today onwards, but you can change the filters if for example you want to look back at flights that have already departed.

Any column headers in the grid can be filtered by clicking the 3 dots beside the column heading. Click on the “Store current filters settings for this page” icon to maintain the filter selection for subsequent logins if you don’t store the filters then they are only applied for the current login session and next time you login the default filters will be applied.

Click on the “Reset Filters” icon to clear all filters:

The data grid contains the Flight information (Flight Number, Flight Leg, Departure Airport, Arrival Airport, Departure Date/Time, Arrival Date/Time, Status) and the Aircraft details (Code, Description, Configuration, Tail Number). If a tail number hasn’t been assigned yet then the Tail Number column will be blank.

As well as filtering any column you can resort the data into ascending or descending sequence or chose to hide certain columns. This is all done by accessing the sub menu displayed when you click the 3 dots on the column you want to sort or hide.

Flights listed can be downloaded by pressing the “Export to Excel” icon:

You will notice that the Aircraft Configuration shown for a flight is a hyperlink and clicking in this will display the layout and galley configurations of that aircraft

Below you see an example of the Aircraft Layout data:

You can expand the > at the start of each galley to display details for the Stowage Positions in that galley, see image below for an example.

At the beginning of each flight line will see an information icon “I” and click this will display additional data about that flight that is not visible on the data grid, see image below for an example.

Pressing this icon will expand the grid and offer many sub-menu tabs to display details about the Loading Content and Passengers booked for that flight.

The following sections will explain more for each of the options above.

Flight Updates

SkySuite receives a SSIM file which contains all scheduled flights for the next months. In addition to this, as the departure date/time of each flight comes closer SkySuite makes a call (API) to get the latest update on that flight. These updates will pick up the latest passenger bookings, any special meal details, any tail number assigned as well as aircraft configuration changes and/or date/time changes. The timing and frequency of these calls/updates is configurable.

Each time an update is received and processed the details are recorded in SkySuite and are visible in the Flight Updates tab for the flight in question. See image below.

The most recent request is always shown on the top of the list. Clicking the > icon at the beginning of each update line will show the passengers booked at the time of that update.

PAX Details

Select the PAX Details tab under a flight will show you the latest PAX count for that flight.

As well as the booked passengers and special meals for each class you also see the date and time of the update (see above as an example). Clicking on any of the figures will show more details.

Provisioning Details

In SkySuite the loading list for any flight is built up of multiple components that we call Provisioning Codes. Each Provisioning Code consists of Modules and each Module consists of other Modules or Items. This tab shows you the individual provisioning codes that have been used to create the loading for that flight and then you can drill down into each Provisioning Code to see the details (contents) behind that Provisioning Code.

In the above example we see that there are 3 provisioning codes for the flight 2662 from BGI to JFK.

32S-NA/LATAM/CARIBB-STD represents all the items that are always loaded to the aircraft on this route irrespective of the time of day. You will also note that they are round tripped (i.e., loaded and unloaded in JFK)

32S-NA/LATAM/CARIBB-EUC-ICEBRIDGE represents items that are loaded for Eat up café (EUC) which is scheduled for this particular flight. You will also note that they are round tripped (i.e., loaded and unloaded in JFK)

32S-NA/LATAM/CARIBB-MINT-BREAKFAST represents items that are loaded for the MINT breakfast service which is scheduled for this particular flight. You will note that these items are loaded in BGI.

Pressing the > icon at the beginning of any line will display the Modules within that Provisioning Code. You can also take the “Modules Loaded” tab to go straight to all the Modules loaded to the flight. See the next section for mor details about Modules.

Modules Loaded to a Flight

A Module is typically a Container containing multiple items. For example

• DRW-SODASTD – A standard soda drawer
• HST-AISLESERV – Half size (HS) aisle service cart

Within the Modules Loaded tab you will se a listing of all top level Modules/Containers that are loaded to the flight, see next image for an example.

Press the > icon on any module will display the contents of that module.

Items Loaded to the Flight

The Items Loaded tab shows a listing of all items (The lowest level) that are loaded to the flight.

Stowage Contents

The Stowage Contents tab shows a listing of each stowage position with the content of that position.

Documents

The Document tab allows you to print any reports such as load lists and/or container labels for the flight.

You simply select the report you want from the dropdown, along with the format and press export.
