Creating and Managing Your Templates

You can create new Templates or maintain your existing Templates by pressing from the main “Create/ Review Requisitions” page via the lightning bolt button at the top of the page;

Once you press “Manage Templates” you will see a list of any existing templates for your station;


In the above example you see there is only one template, but from here you can add a new template using the Add icon or Edit an existing template using the Edit icon or delete a Template using the Delete icon. If you select the Add icon you will see the following popup to first add a description;


Here you simply enter a name for the template you want to create in the template description field and press “Update”. You will then be taken to a page where you can add the desired items to the template.


You can add items one by one to the template using the add icon or you can use one of the buttons listed below.


  • Auto Update Details - Creates a template containing all the items the system expects you to use/require or update an existing template.


  • Copy Template - Allows you to copy items in this template to another template.


After pressing the "Auto Update Details" button you will see the following message;


Pressing OK to the above will go ahead and create the new template. If you press this button on an existing template the template will be updated as described in the message above.
